  1. How much are tickets?
  2. Adult tickets are $12 on site at the box office, however $2-off discount coupons and $10 e-tickets are available online here. Children 12 & under are free when accompanied by an adult. Seniors (65 and over) are $8 and are valid weekdays only.

  3. How do I purchase tickets?
  4. You can pre-purchase discounted $10 e-tickets online from the Discounts page and print them from home or you can purchase tickets on-site. $2-off discount coupons are also available online here for cash ticket purchases on site. $12 tickets may be purchased using a credit card from our on-site ticketing kiosks.

  5. Can I order tickets from my iPhone/Blackberry/PDA and still get in if I don’t have a printed ticket?
  6. No. You must have a printed ticket to gain entrance to the show. Each online ticket has a barcode that must be scanned before entering.

  7. Can I get a refund?
  8. No. Tickets are non-refundable.

  9. Will tickets sell out on-site?
  10. No.

  11. What days and times are the busiest?
  12. Weekends and evenings are the busiest.

  13. Where can I park?
  14. On-site parking is available at South and West Halls for $12.00 per day. The entrance to South Hall parking is off Venice Blvd., west of Figueroa Street. West Hall parking entrance is on Cherry Street., north of Pico.

    Valet parking is available during regular show days for $30.00 per day. The valet parking entrance is located on Figueroa Street, south of Pico Blvd. (South Hall side).

  15. Where is the main entrance?
  16. There is no main hall or entrance. There are 2 entrances - South and West lobbies.

  17. Can I leave and come back?
  18. Yes, make sure you get your hand stamped before leaving.

  19. Are cameras and videos allowed?
  20. Yes. However, tripods are not allowed.

  21. Can I bring a backpack?
  22. Yes.

  23. Are pets allowed in the show?
  24. No, we do not allow pets.

  25. Are wagons allowed in the show?
  26. No, we do not allow wagons on the show floor.

  27. Do you rent strollers or wheelchairs?
  28. Yes. At both West Hall and South Hall lobbies Fun Riders rents strollers and wheelchairs (electric and manual). The cost for strollers is $8 for the entire day, non-powered wheelchairs $12 per day and powered wheelchairs $35 per day. A photo I.D. is required with payment at time of rental.

  29. Can you purchase cars/accessories at the show?
  30. No, you cannot purchase cars at the show, but you can shop: i.e. look, sit inside the cars, and speak with auto representatives. You can purchase aftermarket accessories on sale in Kentia Hall.

  31. Is there someplace to sit and eat?
  32. Yes. There are many places to eat in and around the Convention Center.

    • Compass Café/South Hall: sandwiches, salads, pizzas, hot and cold entrees.
    • Gordon Biersch/South Hall : micro-brewed beers and a full bar.
    • Galaxy Café/West Hall: sandwiches, salads, Shanghai Express Asian Grill, Cucina Rosso, and Pizza Gourmet Grill.
    • Tradewinds Cafe/Kentia Hall: hamburgers, sandwiches, hot and cold sides.

    In addition to choices at the Convention Center itself, there are several dining options at LA Live, just across the street from the STAPLES Center.

  33. Can I bring my own food and beverages into the Convention Center?
  34. No. All food and beverage must be purchased at LACC Food and Beverage locations.

  35. When is next year’s Los Angeles Auto Show?
  36. November 19 – 28, 2010.

  37. What cars are in the show?
  38. Over 1,000 of the 2010 makes and models of import and domestic cars, including several World and North American debuts, as well as alternative fuel/electric vehicles and race cars. For specific/special vehicle questions, see General Information Sheet/Debuts and Concepts lists.
