Adult tickets may be purchased on site at the cash box office and ticketing kiosks or online for $12.
When purchasing tickets online, you must have a printed e-ticket to gain access to the show. Starting in November, $2-off discount coupons for adult ticket purchases will be available online or at participating LA area new car dealerships. Discount coupons are valid weekdays and may only be used for cash purchases at the box office.
Senior (65+) tickets are $8 and may be purchased from the cash box office on site. They are valid weekdays only. (Cash only and not valid with any other offer.)
Children 12 and under are free when accompanied by an adult.
Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted at both onsite ticketing kiosks and online for e-tickets. The box office only accepts cash.
No. You must have a printed ticket to gain entrance to the show. Each online ticket has a barcode that must be scanned before entering.
No. Tickets are non-refundable.
Weekdays and early mornings are the least crowded.
On-site parking is available at South and West Halls. The entrance to South Hall parking is off Venice Blvd., west of Figueroa Street. West Hall parking entrance is on LA Live Way, north of Pico.
Valet parking is available during regular show days for $30 per day. The valet parking entrance is located on Figueroa Street, south of Pico Blvd. (South Hall side).
There is no main hall or entrance. There are 2 entrances--South and West lobbies.
Yes, but make sure you get your hand stamped before leaving. Hand stamps are only valid for re-entry to the show on the same day.
Yes. However, tripods are not allowed.
No, we do not allow pets.
No, we do not allow wagons on the show floor.
Yes. At both West Hall and South Hall lobbies Fun Riders rents strollers and wheelchairs (electric and manual). The cost for strollers is $10 for the entire day, non-powered wheelchairs $15 per day and electric scooters $35 per day. A photo I.D. is required with payment at time of rental.
While you cannot purchase cars at the show, you can shop: i.e. look, sit inside the cars, and speak with auto representatives. You can purchase certain manufacturer merchandise from their exhibits, as well as aftermarket accessories and other auto related products for sale in Kentia Hall.
Yes. There are many places to eat in and around the Convention Center.
· Compass Café/South Hall: sandwiches, salads, pizzas, hot and cold entrees and a full bar.
· Galaxy Café/West Hall: sandwiches, salads, Shanghai Express Asian Grill, Cucina Rosso, and Pizza Gourmet Grill.
· Tradewinds Cafe/Kentia Hall: hamburgers, sandwiches, hot and cold sides.
In addition to choices at the Convention Center itself, there are several dining options at LA Live just across the street from the STAPLES Center.
No. All food and beverage must be purchased at LACC Food and Beverage locations.
