Digital Overdrive
Tryhard Consulting and LANFest launched the first official Sim Racing and Esports Activation at the 2024 Los Angeles Auto Show! With partners Zotac, Thrustmaster, and Next Level Racing, visitors enjoyed professional sim racing rigs, a gaming arena, interactive demos, and exciting giveaways.
Booth highlights included a meet-and-greet with NASCAR driver Jesse Iwuji, live filming, hands-on demos of gaming setups, sim racing, and competitive matches. Attendees also witnessed an unforgettable Rocket League showdown between Los Angeles Unified School District students. Giveaways featured sim racing rigs from Next Level Racing, Thrustmaster controllers, and a custom-built PC.
Electric Avenue
Electric Avenue Powered by Ampure returned to the 2024 LA Auto Show. Visitors had the chance to test drive the latest electric vehicles on our nearly one-mile EV track around the South Hall of the LA Convention Center.
Monterey Motorsports Festival Concours
The 2024 LA Auto Show proudly hosted the Monterey Motorsports Festival Concours, showcasing over 20 rare exotics, high-performance supercars, vintage classics, and ultra-rare icons.
The event also featured the Shelby Legends Panel, where industry icons Pete Brock, Jim Marietta, and Tedd Sutton shared their experiences building Shelby GT350R continuation cars, winning championships, and shaping the Shelby legacy.
Porsche Presented By Porsche Downtown LA
Porsche returned to the 2024 LA Auto Show, presented by Porsche Downtown LA, part of the Lithia Motors family. The dedicated exhibit area showcased the all-new Macan Electric, the new 911, along with the full Porsche model lineup and a few very special surprises.
Street Test Drives
Visitors at the 2024 LA Auto Show had the opportunity to test drive the latest models from top automakers on the streets of Downtown LA, experiencing the city’s energy and their potential next vehicle in a no-pressure setting.
The Aftermarket Garage
The Aftermarket Garage was the ultimate destination for auto enthusiasts, showcasing renowned tuners, personalized rides, coveted collectibles, and top-tier aftermarket goods and services. This year’s show featured unique exhibits with vehicles from South Bay Popups, SS Motorsports, Yamaha, World Famous 4×4, and more.
Toyota SoCal: LA Sports Stars
Guests had the chance to meet local legends thanks to Toyota SoCal, who brought some of LA’s top sports stars to the Los Angeles Auto Show! Lakers Legend Derek Fisher and The Laker Girls, Chargers player Brenden Rice, and LA Kings player Anže Kopitar all made appearances at the 2024 show.
West Coast Customs Experience
The 2024 LA Auto Show proudly featured the West Coast Customs Experience, showcasing unique custom vehicles, student-built projects, and artistic car designs from the CART Department, where renowned artists used cars as their canvas.
A key attraction was the interactive West Coast Customs Academy workshops, where attendees learned custom automotive skills from Master Craftsmen. West Coast Customs also partnered with the LA County Justice, Care, and Opportunities Department to mentor 12 participants, giving them hands-on experience in car customization.
